manos offers a selection of beautiful design and handmade objects from Sweden and abroad.
manos is open Thursday-Saturday 11-3 pm and online at manos shop. Keep up-to-date on Karin's blog. The shop will be closed over midsummer weekend!

'Wire fantasies' by Eva Svensson
The current exhibition at manos is graphic, naive and wonderful steel wire work by Eva Svensson (view the image bigger here), who recently graduated from Handarbetets Vänner as a craft councellor. Open August 7th-September 13th.

In a collaboration between Karin and illustrator Camilla Engman, Camilla's world of illustrated characters meet Karin's stoneware dishes in the exhibition Mr Black & Mme Ochre.

'Handled with care', September 19-23, 2007
Stem vase at 'Handled with care'.
'Handled with care', an exhibition of contemporary ceramic wares from established and upcoming international designers. Curated by designboom and part of the london design festival in September 2007. Karin took part with her 'Stem' vase.

Karin has created the new environmental award for Solna council. The winner of the award is Taxi 020. Read more about the award on Karin's blog.
Applied Arts Day 2007
Every year in April, studios and galleries all over Sweden for a whole day open their doors to visitors. In Karin's workshop, visitors were invited to decorate their own mug with ceramic decals. The applied arts day is organized by Konsthantverkscentrum.
